Our Learners

At Whakamārama School, we’re proud to foster a vibrant, supportive community of learners. Our roll typically ranges between 85–100 students, spanning Years 0–8.

Our tamariki are wonderful - they approach learning with enthusiasm, care for one another, and live our school values in everything they do. Tuakana-teina relationships are woven naturally into our school culture, with our senior students leading and guiding our younger learners.

Our learners make the most of our unique environment. They love exploring the outdoors, playing on our playground, swimming in the pool during Term 1, gardening, and discovering the world around them.
